Choose a bag, review its available details and contact BirkinMaster whenever you need clarification before placing an order.

1. Browse the Collection

Visit the Shop and open the product page for the style you are considering. Review the listed size, leather, color, hardware and product images.

2. Ask About the Details

Use the Contact Us page and include the product name or link. Tell us which details matter to you so the enquiry can be handled clearly.

3. Confirm the Order

Before payment, confirm the selected item and the information supplied for your order. Payment can be arranged by Wise, bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Handmade Preparation

Each bag is made entirely by hand by skilled craftspeople, using traditional techniques with close attention to construction, stitching, leatherwork and finishing details.

5. Pre-Shipment Photos

Pre-shipment photos can be provided when requested. If you would like them, include the request when discussing your order.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or another suitable carrier selected according to the destination country.
